The K Bar
An extension of the reception area, under the aegis of the monumental mask, the hotel's centrepiece, the "K Bar" welcomes guests and non-residents every day of the week,
from 10am to 11.30pm and until 12.30am on Fridays and Saturdays.
The "artist's studio" allegory continues to unfold in this part of the hotel, designed in a U-shape, with a section of library wall and a contemporary fireplace.it has a U-shaped design, with a library wall and a contemporary fireplace, as well as a "Stammtisch", a traditional guest table seating around ten people, surrounded by typical chairs. This warm place - "Heimlich" in Alsatian - is a place to meet and share (in shades of copper, dark wood and marble), overlooked by a contemporary alabaster hanging it faces a second wall made of contemporary Alsatian tiles, with a skylight at the top.
As an extension, a monumental 6 m high wall filled with spirits overhangs the bar counter made of Calacatta (sedimentary sandstone marble). While adapting to the tastes of customers and working mainly with local products, the Head Barman and his team of mixologists have created an exclusive menu.
Evolving around signature and traditional cocktails, high-end spirits, Alsatian beers and wines - without forgetting the traditional offer - the "K Bar" will make its visitors travel and surprise their taste buds in a hushed and refined atmosphere.
In the afternoon, the bar offers a Tea Time menu with a trolley of local pastries. A snack offer is available from midday to 10.00 pm, with a simple menu.

Discover our breakfast buffet, a real treat to start the day off right. In our bright room overlooking Champ de Mars Park, we welcome you every day from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. (11:00 a.m. on Sundays).
On the menu, a wide variety of pastries such as chocolate croissants, plain croissants, pain aux raisins, and a selection of special breads with seeds, corn, fruits, and cereals. Feeling savory? Our chefs prepare sunny-side-up eggs, stuffed omelettes, poached eggs, bacon, vegetables... Don't forget our local charcuterie and refined cheeses.
To get your vitamins, enjoy fresh fruits and pressed juices. And for those who prefer something lighter, our "healthy" area offers cereals, granolas, and a variety of seeds.
